MPTW is currently out-of-network with all commerical insurances. If you have a PPO plan, we are more than happy to provide you with an itemized Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. As there is no guarantee of reimbursement by your provider, patients need to be sure to check with their insurance provider prior to all visits to see if therapy services may be covered before beginning treatment. Services are HSA/FSA account eligible.
MPTW is a Medicare Part B provider. For Medicare patients, you will also need to have a secondary insurance (PPO, not Medicare Advantage).
