That's why Dr. Elizabeth started the practice to offer cash=pay physical therapy services, also known as fee-for-service, a simple transparent alternative to the traditional insurance model.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing lymphedema, or just want to move better and feel stronger, our In-Home physical therapy programs bring personalized treatment directly to your door. With cash-pay, you also don't have to deal with insurance red tape.

Mobile Physical Therapy and Wellness is out-of-network with all commerical insurances. If you have a PPO plan, we are more than happy to provide you with an itemized Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. As there is no guarantee of reimbursement by your provider, patients need to be sure to check with their insurance provider prior to all visits to see if therapy services may be covered before beginning treatment. Services are HSA/FSA account eligible.

 

Dr. Elizabeth Baillie DPT, CLT is a Medicare Part B provider. For Medicare patients, you will also need to have a secondary insurance (PPO, not Medicare Advantage).
